This tierlist features every champion in League of legends patch 12.6.
These off-meta picks are based on research. A champion is added to the list if a ~diamond player mains it.
If a champion is not in the off-meta list him/her is probably is/were a meta champion.
25+ Up votes - 10 of the most requested champion will get a build guide.
100+ Up votes - 20 of the most requested champion will get a build guide.
250+ Up votes - Off-meta tierlist for other role. Based on the most requested role in the comments.
500+ Up votes - 3 of the most requested champion will get a full detailed guide.
