[Low Elo] You Wanna Carry? IsaV's Midlane picks for the Patch Patch 9.22

I consider feasibility to play the kits of the champions in low elo, current winrates, and popular picks in order to make my rankings. Just because I don't have a champ in either Best or Great doesn't mean you shouldn't play them, as you can have success on pretty much any champ at this stage in your ranked progression. There will always be stronger champs (meta) compared to others, but this doesn't mean you should drop a champion you've gotten a feeling for, so long as you realistically think you can progress with that champion. There's no need to be a meta slave, and actually I discourage it, in low elo, as it's better to stick to your small champ pool. We play games to have fun, right?
