Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah finally someone who wants the old ward-hopping Kat back.
Also, I agree with most Champions on your list. Maybe consider adding Pyke as well because once he's got like 3 kills it doesn't matter if he's started playing top or as support. If you're squishy, you're dead ... so annoying. >_> He's my personal nightmare.
I laughed so much at "you belong at a chopping block" for Ezreal. Nice Idea. xDD

Not really, I mean who am I to judge you for your own personal experiences? But I think 's definitely not an ADC you'd fear in lane. At least I wouldn't. But I mean it really depends from what perspective you're looking at. Do you feel like raging when you see those champions in your team of the enemy one? Because I wouldn't rage seeing in the enemy team, but I could consider it seeing him in my team. xD So that's a bit unclear. Maybe add some explanation in under you heading of the tier list.

P.S.: Add to the tier! Dx

I honestly dont know why they made Pyke a support, nothing in his kit is about supporting the adc except for the grab maybe, and regarding corki, i do tend to rage because ive died to him about 20 times over the course of my career as a league player

I don't know, I don't really see Corki as threat - at least not during this patch circle.
And Pyke.. yeah you're right. I mean he can excel everywhere, even in jungle. They just wanted an for the role but that's not really where he's at his strongest but he's too strong for the role. :< So that's probably why it feels so out of place.
