Immortal beings Tier 1

Immortal Beings/ Creators of the universe

2

World ending Tier 2

Extremely powerful beings that could end runeterra easily

3

Godlike Tier 3

Beings that can wipe out nations

4

Legendary Tier 4

Insane amount of power that can be very deadly (Kayn Is Rhaast form not shadow form)

5

Un human like Tier 5

Beings that hold a lot of power

6

Superhuman Tier 6

Strong people/ beings with insane strength or some sort of powerful magic (Kayn is shadow assassin form not rhaast)

7

Deadly Tier 7

People who have physical strength or some sort of basic magic

8

Dangerous Tier 8

Beings that can be dangerous or harmful

Weak Tier 9

Barely any strength or magic

This tier list sucks because you consider yordlers weaker than Draven .

Just wanted to say that you can add notes by shifting while clicking on their icon (instead of putting it in the description, you could add notes to kayn) (I can't actually remember if its shift, it could also be another button. Anyway, it should be explained when you edit your tierlist).

Also, nice tierlist, I like it.
