Description

(Season 8.5) Starter Mid List (Tell me I'm wrong in the Comments)
1

Evil person i thought was a crappy champion

This is obviously opinionated, but out of my experience, she is a great mid laner over her support option. With great CC options regarding her Q which has good range and R which binds to nearby champions. I find her E the most useful as it blocks most other magic damage abilities. Her passive heals her for damaging champions, super minions, and Big Monsters. Her Q is easy to land and can be used to pin down chasing enemies, rooting retreating foes for your jgl, and punishing people eager to come to close to tower.

someone similar but even more burst

I main her so I seem biased, but Lux mid is an exceptional choice for people getting the hang of skill shots and learning how to poke with her ridiculous range. She's squishy like Morgana and doesn't have the heal passive. In exchange, hitting an enemy with her Q which roots the first 2 enemies in a line (YES it hits minions) and E which you can send a far distance and reactivate to explode marks the enemies, which you can auto attack them to do bonus magic damage. So you can root the enemy, auto, than E them, and auto again. With high AP you can bring them down real quick, and if they are on the brink of death, you can R which lets out a straight beam of destruction at a high range, and if you kill them with this ability, you get some cooldown refunded. She's squishy though, so be careful when trying to dish off some damage.

the child fire bomber

Annie, I find a little more difficult as to her limited range and her lack of health. But she's a kid, right? Her passive offers a devastating stun to any enemy hit with an ability but has to be charged be 4 prerequisite abilities before that. So don't be like me and spam too many spells on the minions. Her abilities are similar to Morgana, offering one straight damaging spell, an AOE spell that hits in a cone, and a shielding spell. Her shield is not as strong as Morgana's but instead, reflects some damage back to the enemy hitting with their Auto's only. Her R casts her teddy bear in her hand to life as a big eating boi that has a health bar and time limit. You can use this to cover your escape, or cast to chase down someone low, as when it is summoned, it has big attack speed and movement speed. Again the only reason I dislike her is her lack of range compared to Morgana and lux, and her lack of health.

they are both good but difficult to understand

Malzahar and Zed are two really good mids when played well. Malzahar is weak in the early game so it can be easy to feed. but his passive which grants him a shield after being out of combat, so this can be good against pesky poke champions. Zed is the only AD champion I'm putting on this list as playing against ranged APs as mid can be a struggle to go against. If you survive until level 6 and execute your opponent with his Delayed damage R you are set, as it gives bonus AD. He has an extreme poke and is a pain to go against.

5

Easily can carry or feed, Pick a card any card

Definition of a glass cannon that's about to break. You build AP while killing enemies with your Q, you can lock people in a circle and drop nukes on them whether or not they are stunned. The only reason you don't want to start with this guy is if you don't get enough stacks from his Q, focus on executing minions with his Q, and don't get caught in jgl ganks. The E circle is a bit delayed, but when combined with his salvo you can delete someone like they were an old embarrassing high school photo.
