Skill floor of champs Patch 11.14

Thresh honestly does not seem to have such a high skill floor.

Also, Shyvana is easy to play (But jungle is hard, so I guess that has an influence on the difficulty.)

so many of them don't belong to these tiers, katarina is easy??? kayn? heimer? blitz and viego in the same tier? ezreal who doesn't have a single point and click ability and all skill shots? malzahar/kassadin//viktor/ivern/braum/aphelios/yone in the same tier with rengar/gp/nida/jayce (some of the hardest to pick up)? not an accurate tier-list imo

why is rek sai harder than taliyah? taliyah is one of the weakest champs in the game and rek sai is basicly slightly weaker nocturne, shes definetely more viable in soloq than taliyah. otherwise great list. just put taliyah a bit up into harder she really is.
