My favourite supports is neeko, basicly acts as a faster lux, despite not being a meta support and prob never will be one, she is both unique and fun and truly devastating in the right hands, Q and empowered autos shred low range adcs, w is a escape and engage tool and allows u to manipulate the enemy, e is a morgana root that goes through minions and her ult is a teamwide stun and 400 dmg at lv 6. in low elo definetely worth it.
great supports i love to play
Nami is just all around a good enchanter, fun and engagingTaliyah is the first support i ever mained to lv 7 .....yes she can actually be a good sup and i think riot should give her buffs for support as it could be a healthy role for her with the other mage supports.
ill play if i need to play with the meta i guess
i play normal supports too and these are the ones i choose then ( i got most of these to lv 7 or lv 6)i play enchanters mostly if i do want to win and tryhard.
Supports i love but havent mastered
im on it, mage supports i use when my adc is a newer player or an autofill,   most of these i want to get to lv 5 atleast or have already
Not my favourite but useful
a lot of these are offmetas or champs i rarely pick but atleast in low elo do or did work ( camille sup used to be possible yes) i dont use these often or at all but an honorable mention.

he gets changed soon and it sounds like a good change
a really nice list, your choices are well clarified and i can definitely see where you're coming from with your placements. but now i'm curious to see what support renekton is like XD
