Hey ! Here's an exhaustive list of every "non-support" champion, that you can -in my opinion- play as support, because they have at least some stun/heal/slow... Most these supports probably won't be as efficient than some regular supports (except the godtier one I guess), but I can bet you'll enjoy playing them.

God tier
Can clearly carry a game alone and are really fun to play.

Strong tier
Very good supp, but they lack something to be godtier.

Ok tier
Some average character as support. Must be well played to be viable.

Low tier
There are some better choices and you'll have to be really good to make it possible. There's some chance you get reported for "trolling".
