New Tier List

Description

This is my Tier list for ADC heroes in the current patch (9.1).

Each hero's place on this list is based on the following:

Their winrate,
Their matchups against other ADCs,
and how well they synergize with other heroes that are popular in the meta.

Feel free to share your thoughts. Do you think some heroes belong higher or lower on the list? If so, don't be afraid to discuss as to why you think so. :)
1

Ideal ADC heroes

These are arguably some of the best ADCs in the current patch.Ezreal, Kai'Sa, and Lucian have several things in common - their kits give them a powerful mix of Magical and Physical damage (allowing them to utilize both AP and AD), they're very mobile, and they're major threats in the late game. Lucian has a strong presence in the early game, as does Ezreal. Kai'Sa's early game isn't as strong as the two, but her late game is something to be feared. Unless you want to get the snot beat out of you in the late game, shut these heroes down in the early game.

Powerful ADC heroes

These ADCs are very powerful, but there are some things that keep them from being top dollar in my opinion.Ashe currently has the 4th highest winrate of all ADCs so far (52%). Her kit gives her a unique interaction with crit items that no other hero currently has, can provide vision for herself and her team at any time, and can stun enemies from a mile away (provided she can aim). However, she's vulnerable in the early game against ADCs and Supports that have a long reach and/or potent damage - like Caitlyn, Draven, Miss Fortune, and Jinx. Miss Fortune and Draven can potentially raze an entire enemy team one-by-one if they get a gold advantage in the early game, but they're pretty squishy and their best means of mobility is running very fast. Jinx and Sivir are reliant on Stormrazor, but their mobility is rather lacking. At least their wave clears are great. Jhin is... well, Jhin. He doesn't have a lot of mobility aside from the movement speed bonus he gets from his crits, but he can be pretty powerful in the hands of very experienced players. I've seen Vayne players play ADC plenty of times, but the only thing keeping her from being top-tier in my eyes is that she exclusively deals physical damage.

Average ADC Heroes

These ADCs aren't "useless" by any means. But don't expect to get on a winning streak with them unless you know what you're doing.I don't know enough about Corki to know his strengths and weaknesses, but his winrate is below average and I typically see him in mid lane. Kalista, Kog'Ma, and Tristana are all "hyper carries" - they're weak in the early game but can just about win the game for their team if they get a significant gold advantage. However, they practically can't afford to die a lot - at all. Twitch and Varus don't have to rely on Stormrazor, but it's hard for them to put their foot in the door due to the current meta, from what I know from my experience anyways.
