MAGIC RESIST GROWTH +0.8
POOR LOST SOUL Thresh will receive an adjusted Durability Base Stat Package (see champion details)

Heals, Shields, and Sustain because of that changed would be stroner is being adjusted to the statistics and makes them 10% Weaker.
Heal is exception that goes up to the 28% reduction with the Game Progress.
If champion are tankier and have more armor / health and magic resist it means the Scalling Champion have easier way through the EARLY Game Phase.
So if you are a Kassadin main for the instance it should be more comfortable to reach the Mid-Game and Late- Game Phase of Your Match :)
Zed is not happy about the changes same as for example Qiyana :).
