Vote S, A, B, C, D, or F. I have assigned numbers to each tier that I can use averages to find where a champion should be. There will be one champion in each tier to start, but this is because I need at least one champion in each tier to post the list. These are not their actual tiers. Treat them as if they are not there at all.
