I think you're seriously shortchanging some champs here. Illaoi and Lucian are not on the same level in top lane, she can singlehandedly take down an entire team without needing a whole ton of practice beforehand. Chogath and Ornn are still highly viable, and while maybe not as easy peasy as Darius or Garen, can still break enemy top lane. Even Kayle is one hellova carry once you get into late game.

You have minimal tier descriptions that I could easily have figured out by the tier names themselves, and you have no comments or justifications. I can't read if you don't give me anything to read.

Excuse me, Volibear is not good at all? Can you explain that pick, please. Also, can you explain to me why is Mundo & Cho'gath & Ornn in C tier, how are they not good? How is NASUS & Urgot & Illaoi & Sion & Yorick in B tier, while some trash fiora & wukong are S tier? This tier list is a complete miss, you have a downvote from me.
