This is my tier list for the JUNGLE for the patch 8.1. This tier list is made with close attention and comparison of statistics across all ELOs .
Having that in mind, these picks are not personal flavor, they are simply what they are presented by facts and players performance across all servers.
I'll be using the expression WinRate Delta: Difference in win rate between the best performing high Elo summoners on the champion and the average player. In other words, the overall win rate can be of 50% but some of the best players have a insane win rate of 60%- 65% of them while the average only has 45% for example. 5%-10% of the win rate on this champions is inflated and not accurate. I keep that in mind while making the tier list.

S ( GOD TIER )Â
Simply the best Win Rate Overall with the lowest Win Rate Delta.
A ( DEMI GOD TIER )
High Win rates overall with low Win Rate Deltas, making them consistent enough to be at he top tier.
B + ( CAN BE STRONG )Â
Very High Win Rates but the Biggest Win Rates Delta. Not beginner friendly for sure!
B ( STRONG )Â
Champions with consistent overall positive win rate, not high enough to place them in God Tier. Win Rate Deltas above 7% , meaning that their 50% - 51 % win rate is actually around 43%-44%.
C ( GOOD )Â Â
All Negative overall win rates and with HIGH Win Delta Differences.Therefor , most players will have negative performances with these. One trick players and the best in League are inflating the win rates of these champions, even with that, they have below 50% win rates. Average players can expect 40%-45% win rates on these , if not worse.
D ( AVERAGE )
Lowest win rates and in some cases even some of the highest Deltas , meaning that they can be even worse than shown by statistics.
