This time im trying Full Armor Penetration Build On Wukong TOP Vs Riven Score: 15-1, im really loving the damage im seeing! Its like Chogath V.2!

Full Armor Penetration Marks And Quintessence: 19 Pen + 3 from Mastery = 22 level 1
Armor Seal plus 2 Glyph: 10 Armor lvl 1
Glyph: 7 CDR = 5% lvl 1
