Guardian Angel
Talons Skills:
Q: Noxian diplomacy
Empowers Talons next attack to deall more damage resets his auto attack timer adds a bleed dot to the target reveals them in fog of war. This is talons main burst ability.
W: Rake
Sends out a wave of blades that deals damage in a cone on the way out and then return to you dealing the damage again also slows the target. Great for farming minions making use of your passive and keeping up with enemies.
E: Cutthroat
Teleport behind your target silencing them for 1 second and increasing your damage by a %. Great for jumping on those squishies in team fights.
R: Shadow Assault
Sends out a ring of blades that deals damage on the way out when activated or an ability is used they return to you dealing the damage again. Also puts talon in stealth and increases his move speed while in stealth.
Great for escaping or getting the focus off you in team fights.
Passive: Mercy
Talons auto attacks deal 10% more damage to targets for each slow on them.
Great for raising up your auto attacks.
