I didn't exactly follow your build (mostly because of annoying enemies who always ran away :D So I went for max MS boost/reduction with shurelya's reverie, randuin's omen and frozen heart, also gave me nice durability"

I still tend to think that best idea to attack soraka is when infuse is on cooldown. It's always a risk to get silenced.

My friend made me buy soraka so that he'd have infinite mana and health at bot lane as graves QQ =P
