"E 1st, CDR boots and glyphs, Rylai's, Mejai's...
Throw all that crap out of the build. No good Kat would use any of that. CDR just goes to waste, Rylai's doesn't fir her playstyle well + it gives you no sustain. Gunblade is soooo much better. Mejai's is generally an unreliable item."
