If you do the killings, CDR doesn't even help due to her passive refreshing cooldowns on everything. And if you don't plan to do the killings, then why Kat? :D

"I agree that Arch Staff isn't as good as it is praised to be.
Mana bonus is charging fast only on very aggressive spammers like ryze or karthus and without that AP/Mana passive, the item itself is very bad.
I wouldn't buy this on anyone but Ryze, tbh."
