"Jungle Talon is good vs. team full of idiots. He's a slow jungler before W is at ~rank 4 and any competent enemy jungler would counter him very hard.
Also, I bet he's very blue dependant. Just like Amumu, take his blue and he turns so useless."

"Well, you have to understand that this build is extremely situational and includes a great element of surprise. Of course, main vayne build is classic bot AD carry.
But this stuff works great if enemy team is fairly tanky. "
