My suggestions,
Get exhaust as a primary summoner. It's so great with TF.
wit's end should be a part of main build, hands down. It's the best mid item for him (considering mid's full of AP carries)

What's a point of getting GP10 items then? Just get a couple more assists? Wouldn't it be easier?
Doesn't make sense. Assists are not guaranteed in every game. Sometimes you are just out of luck"

All stats provided by it are useful on leblanc. CDR, Mp5 and a decent amount of AP.

"I can't completely agree on the statement that she is not a good teamfight champion. Hard, not bad. When you know exactly how to kill your target, leblanc is strong in teamfights as well. It takes a lot of practice to learn when to assault. One of the most important skills as LB is timing.
