"Agree with Caster on most of the stuff.
While spirit visage isn't necessarily bad, it is much more situational iteam then people think. It shouldn't be bought all the time just for its passive. Sometimes you don't even need that. I'd take abyssal scepter for more magic pen. instead.

To be honest, I'd still pick the hextech gunblade over WoTA on Kat, even considering the nerf.
It didn't hit the stats too much, just made the passive spellvamp unique to prevent akali from faceparing the whole team while being perma-ignited :D
