I mean, we're speaking 756 unmodified magic damage from base combo (Q-R-W-E and another Q after it's off cooldown). Which is probably something like AD carry's full health bar at level 6.
AND you can add Ignite into the mix for probably another 150(?) true dmg.
And this damage keeps up with their health bars as you level up. So all the way till mid-late game, you can 100-0 most squishies even with little to no AP at all.
It's surely not intended for serious play, but from what I've experienced, it's quite fun to watch the enemies fear to go anywhere near the creepwave just because the bloody support LB takes about 3/4 of their health at once.
Most importantly, your AD carry has to understand what the hell you're trying to accomplish and play accordingly.
EDIT: After reading a bit about it, it actually sounds kinda fun. Maybe I'll get to try it this week (though I'm having a hard time getting matchups that let me play LeBlanc).
