Posted a Comment: Jun 16th, 2011 "I added a short section about summoner spells :) For last whisper vs ghostblade , ghostblade or brutalizer is better in early/mid game if your looking for a more dps build . in end game you will rather have the 40% arp , while the movement speed is good on ghostblade the crit and AS is not needed "

With the summoner spell revamp for season 2 , we will maybe have a buff of Heal ! a rioter (dont remember who) said they was thinking , as one of the way to deal with flash , to remove team...
