"Its simple , arp runes cant get armor below 0 , most of jungle monster got low armor for example blue golem got 26 armor , big wolf got 9 armor , little wolf 6 armor etc .
10 arp is just the balanced number to not waste too much againts small monsters and to have enought damage to take down big m"
