"Read the desriptions. If they teleport, it has no effect (Ezreal, Kassadin, Talon). It having an effect on dashes actually makes sense."

Champions that seem 'not fun' do, in fact, appeal to somebody. Every champion is getting love from somewhere, just some not as much as others.
Fact: The more the pros play a champion, the more everybody else will play that champ."
