"The issue with top is less about the range of your opponents, and more about the ability to punish roaming. Having both Ghost and Exhaust is largely what makes it feasible to consistently dive on opponents. If your opponent has teleport, neither Ghost nor Exhaust will be sufficient to punish roaming"

"I've found that supports with heavy CC work well to keep enemies in place while the soldiers do their stuff. Leona and Thresh are good examples.
