"Tricky. You certainly don't want your damage to fall off, but he additional roaming pressure could be good. I'd only try it if you know the enemy laners are in exploitable positions to roam and punish, and/or your lane opponent is playing too safely to reasonably kill."

"Thanks so much for the commendation! I'm always surprised when I see my damage output with just Liandrys, Rylais, and Sorcs. It feels unfair to be nearly one-shotting squishy targets despite only having like 150 AP ha."

"I've tried it before, but it ended up feeling really excessive. The mana coins you pick up will usually be enough as long as you *only* shield and avoid trying to harass with the ball. Forbidden Idol can also be built to alleviate the mana issues a bit more too."
