"Running some numbers through my excel chart:
Level 18, On a Dragon with 50 Magic Resistance, a full rotation of spells (except the ult) deals roughly:
530 damage with 5.49 magic penetration
510 damage with 0 magic penetration
A difference of 20 damage with additional hybrid magic penetr"

"Muramana was never really core, being a situational item for raw damage.
Additionally, its active wasn't very useful for AD Malz so its loss is not missed.
