This build DESTROYS people. You can even add a sword of the divine and mash your 4 clickables all at once to murder Jax.
I'm voting this up, but honestly, you need to lose the mana regen seals. Mana regen is not very good in Dominion and I don't think you'll have a problem going oom before "
