"Well you need like 30% CDR to EQQ. It's not really my business where you get that 30% CDR.
After the rune patch tho, with cdr runes, you'll be able to do this as early as codex. This way you're not restricted by blue buff/pot/not having athenes yet. :o"

"I don't like counting blue pot as part of your 40% CDR. You don't start the game with a blue pot then buy one every time it wears off.
A page "optimized" for 40% CDR w/blue pot (while getting the most AP) would just be:
5-6x CDR Glyph
2-3x AP Glyph
3x AP Quint

"Would suggest a mention about skilling Tormented Soil earlier than 4. Truthfully, a lot of solo queuettes do Q@1, W@2, Q or E@3. Pushing power and you rack up easy gold (Morg's got shorter AA range, no bueno) with Tormented Soil dinging Spellthief's Edge."
