"i say phantom dancer before black cleaver. because it gives in atk spped movemnet and crit. and after that i buy the blood thirster for attack and lifesteal. fully stacked it gives 100 atk and 25 life steal. and then first after those i buy black cleaver. and if you really want to handle your enemie"
