Posted a Comment: "The description is the same for a long time before the -1.5 magic pen from masteries at lvl 1! So it doesnt matter if its 21 at lvl 1 or 21 at lvl 3 actually. The right amount of magic pen is what you seeing in my build. Its a balance between AP and MAGIC Pen, no matter how little this +5 Ap seems "

I know its harder for you this way, but as you said to just start explaining every single match"
