"Lol yea if you lookat the damage in this build its only 236. you would have to turn this into a raw AD build for Bloodthirster to be viable. However Hextech revolver wil heal you on your ult, arcane shift, essence flux, The 4% magic damage on your Q and auto attacks.[in other words all your sources "
