"From what your video said, about masteries, might I suggest updating the build with said masteries?
Also, Sion is one of my favorites too, and never thought of him as a jungler, so I'm definitely trying this out. :)

"Dont use Greed in your masteries, it's not worth it mathmatically;
1 gold per 10 sec
60 sec= 6 gold
games are about 30-40 mins so i'll say about 35 mins
6(gold)*35(mins)= 210 gold throughout game. Instead, substitute it for Utility Mastery

she is a reliable ganker, but only when she hits level 6 for her ulti, and tumble, and if mid has a problem, she can easily take over, but i do agree with you on the fact that she is strong solo lane, and good with duo lane.
