People ask me all the time if I smart-cast with Akali, nope. With a targeted dash I don't want to miss the champion by accidentally leaping onto a minion.

"I don't think Lee Sin is highest tier jungler. Maybe 2-3 in tier one.
Vladimir should definitely be placed higher in tier 1. Solo-top Ghost + Pool, impossible kill. Really nice sustain. His ult increases everyone's damage as well. But I guess this is solo-queue..."

"Normally Hextech Gunblade after Trinity Force, if you're being targeted hard just get a Quicksilver Sash.
I personally like what Zekent (SpamHappy) does for solo-top with his runes.
Game usually ends by then."
