So let's first talk about 
Viktor. I've only played 2 games with him so far and I already note his drawbacks. So 89 balanced champions, and 1 underpowered champion out of nowhere? o_O
Firstly, his PASSIVE. This, to me, is actually negatively affecting Viktor. The damage equivalent and the entire passive is almost the same as Haunting Guise, which furthermore, is not a great item and you can't sell it. This makes Viktor stronger early game, but incredibly weak late game (imagine having Haunting Guise 50 minutes into a game T__T) well, thats my opinion. Share yours!
Next up is my avatar. Although quite fine when I post stuff, on my profile, it seems quite small, or is it just me? I followed everything properly and uesd Gravatar, so can anyone explain this? Help will be greatly appreciated =)

Just for that q-factor, I wouldn't call him underpowered. In fact, his mid game is so freaking strong... I'm passionately waiting for

After playing a few more games with
My first encounter with Viktor ended in 7 kills before 15 minutes. Me, as Ahri, and another player as Viktor. i'm telling you, riot should be nerfing Ahri pretty bad and buffing Viktor. so i disagree with him being good early, cause he's not, compared to othr champions. Well, that's only my opinion, and he was laning mid, so he might need someone to duo with him for some more effect on his abilities.
