So let's first talk about Viktor. I've only played 2 games with him so far and I already note his drawbacks. So 89 balanced champions, and 1 underpowered champion out of nowhere? o_O

Firstly, his PASSIVE. This, to me, is actually negatively affecting Viktor. The damage equivalent and the entire passive is almost the same as Haunting Guise, which furthermore, is not a great item and you can't sell it. So recently my friend brought up something quite interesting to me: THERE IS A RANGE IN BETWEEN RANKS THAT YOU MUST PASS IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE A DIFFERENT RANKING STATUS. Currently, I'm "stuck" in the borderline between bronze and silver (1375-1385). It's what he calls the "Ultimate Test". Get passed the borderline and you are eligible to enter the new league ranking you belong in.
