"yeah liqur, eve and twitch will be stealth and could be seen. everyone with a short timed stealth (shaco, talon, vayne etc..) will be called invisibility. and will not be seen.
oracles is also getting removed with the rework. they want to tone down anti warding."

anyway yeah most of the stuff in 1.9 was supposed to be with 1.8 but they split it into 2 updates. it just sucks that it breaks maps again :'( i really loved our village. i'll have to get some pictures of it soon.
