"but this gives people more incentive to play ap morde, to generate more charge.
i remember when people said ap morde was bad because it would over generate his shield too.
and i like juns idea, i really think just removing the extra shield for more targets takes away too much shield."

"right. and most people continue to be uneducated and think that you can simply slap a bullies wrist and tell them 'hey cut that out' and they will stop.
there really isn't much that can be done against bullying, whether in reality or online."
