"auras don't stack*. you cannot have multiple abyssal scepters that reduce enemy mr by 20 per scepter.
*the only exception is when its a buff to your team. whereas the 2 people who hold the item will get 2 stacks of auras, one for the one they carry and one for the one their ally carries. no one"

malady kind of does, it goes to 4 stacks but multiple maladies add stacks faster.
what you'd want is ap tanky soraka to starcall everything for that negative mr."
