WoTA + Hextech Revolver = Too OP on Vlad?
So ye, I just thrown it from normals into rankeds and that was the first I got against Irelia solo top:
Rushed Hextech after Boots, then got Ionians, 3rd recall was a buy of WoTA and 2nd Hextech....

"Would make it 650-700 on Recipa, 800 is quite much for a balanced item (it's not pure defense/damage so I don't think it's needed).
However I do like it, good for countering mages as you can hit them in da face, then Ghost/Flash out of their sight and avoid another combo (e.g Ryze).
