"Now i can boast in with my 14 Runes Magic Pen. + MPR Boots. With Guise you get 54 MPen, enough to pierce through everyone who are not tanky, hate when people think that 5 points of Pen. won't do any difference and then cry because someone survived with 10 HP :/"

"Boots are too epic on Vlad as first items since they create his Spam/Nuker from minute point 7-10, usually when a well farmed Vlad with 1 Assist can take his Boots and Hextech Revolver. Vlad... needs defensive items, but I never felt like Force of Nature on him, more Abyssal Scepter or ["
