"Magic Resist is really... personal preference. CDR Runes are okay, if you are aiming for a bigger CDR and probly taking 9/0/21. Thou I prefer being more beefy. It all comes up to the playstyle, one likes to be safe, others to wreck at price of being wrecked :P"
