"Story-wise it's like they went from "uber great" to "really nice" to "You call that BS? Really?" Going from BS1 to BS2 and Infinite.
It was more shocking to find out that Atlas was Fountaine than the whole BS: Infinite storyline"

"IMO Havoc simply doesn't make the cut either.
Depending on what you need 1-2AD or 2-3 AP would be better early, similar mid and a little bit worse late.
But since masteries/runes is all about the early in most cases, I can't see what Havoc's for except for point dumbing to get to the next tier."
