"Solo-top Noc sounds good, he builds off-tank anyway, has a good sustain and his Duskbringer + Bubble gives him a good anti-gank tool.
Morde and DFG is also fine if you wanna build more dmg, CDR helps a lot and in fights you want to burst your Ulti target asap anyway.
