"I always liked Elements. That's probably why I study in science. I feel like the Elements tier list needs to change...downgrade Helium to second tier list, it's been there for way too long. Oxygen needs a buff too. What do you guys think ?

"My opinion: alistar isn't nearly as good. I would put him t3. blitzcrank never got his hook utiliy nerfed, he's still tier 1 support to me. I think you're having a hard time placing lux as a support because her performance is pretty much literally 100% reliant on the player's skills. s"
