"No... Hurricane is terrible on caitlyn... The only other ADC I'd say truly has any true synergy with it is graves since he has rather low range, deals more damage in melee range, deals a lot of AoE damage and gets his quickdraw's cooldown reduced by 3 seconds for every hit.
