"Runes and masteries are weird as crap. I don't think you should pick secondary runes at all on any champion.
Never ever get Lich Bane as your first item on anyone. Spell Vamp is not necessary on AP Yi because of his heal, therefore, there are much better option than Hextech gunblade.. "
