"W better early (first 6 levels) to jungle but then E is obviously better. It scales with other items that give stats such as HP, lifesteal, crit chance, attack speed.
Unless you are going AP/Mpen Mundo... then max W lol"

Can you make a section about starting items? Doran's Blade makes a Miss Fortune so dominant in laning phase if she has a support with her. "
