"I love the guide but not gonna vote because I highly dislike the ability sequence. Without maxed Empower, Jax feels soooo weak... You also need the reduced cooldown on Q to have your gap closer available more often. Maxing Q and W gives you like 3 times more damage and you get lifesteal and spe"
